You can easily register your return via our contact page. We will then provide you with the return address as well as all further information regarding the process.

How the return works

  1. Fill out the contact form or send an email.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Receive the return address from us.
  4. Pack the items securely.
  5. Send the return at your own expense.
  6. After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount according to the right of withdrawal.

  • Please return the goods in their original packaging.
  • Once the goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Processing generally takes place within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
